2. Essential functions
Limited storage is used only where necessary for language preferences, form protection and core website functions.
3. Consent
No consent banner is displayed while only strictly necessary functions are active. Prior consent and suitable controls will be introduced before any non-essential analytics or marketing technologies are enabled.
4. Website chat storage
When a visitor starts the optional website chat, the browser stores a random conversation identifier and a high-entropy session secret locally so the conversation can continue while navigating the site or after returning on the same device. This storage is used only for the requested chat function and not for advertising.
5. Browser controls
Visitors can remove saved website data through their browser settings. Removing the saved language preference may cause the website to use the browser language again. Removing chat storage ends local access to the stored conversation.
