2. Data we process
Depending on the form used, we may process identification and contact details, professional information, CVs, availability, rate or salary expectations, client requirements, uploaded job descriptions and the content of communications.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Candidate information is processed to assess and discuss relevant professional opportunities, based on consent and steps requested by the candidate. Client and general enquiries are processed to respond to requests, prepare proposals and support recruitment or consultancy services, based on pre-contractual steps and legitimate business interests.
4. Candidate retention
Candidate information and CVs may be retained for a maximum of 18 months. Data may be deleted earlier on request, unless a longer period is required by law or necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
5. Sharing candidate profiles
ADS does not share a candidate CV with a prospective client without first obtaining the candidate’s consent for the specific opportunity. A website submission does not provide blanket consent for unrestricted sharing.
6. Recipients and processors
Personal data may be shared with carefully selected service providers only where necessary to support ADS activities. Those providers are subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
7. International processing
Where personal data is processed outside the European Economic Area, ADS applies the safeguards required by applicable data-protection law.
8. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability where applicable, or object to processing. You may withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. Contact info@ads-it.be. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
9. Automated decisions
ADS does not use solely automated decision-making to make final recruitment decisions and does not use AI to make final candidate-selection decisions.
10. Security and updates
ADS takes appropriate measures to protect personal data. This policy may be updated when business practices or legal requirements change.
